Blue Edge Travel & Touring LTDA ("Blue Edge", "we") operates blueedgetravel.com and trip.blueedgetravel.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.
When you use our trip quiz or booking forms we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, travel dates, party size, preferences and special requests. We also record which hotel partner referred you (via the QR code you scanned) so we can honor our partner program.
We use this information to prepare your itinerary, respond to your request, send booking confirmations, and manage our client relationship in our CRM. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate (email delivery, CRM, payments) and with the hotels or operators involved in your booking.
We keep your information for as long as needed to manage your trip and our legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@blueedgetravel.com.
